Absolutely Beautiful! We went in to repair a clients A/C, I fell in love…. The environment was fun, people were out walking, blasting tennis and everyone seemed so happy. I came home and called my cousin from Tennessee who is liking to mine out here and told her so about it. She will be calling this week for an opening in the park! Very disappointed. We showed up with absolutely no idea that two pools and all hots tubs were torn out and not available for use during our stay. The indoor pool was still open, but it would have been nice to know this ahead of time. We would have chosen to go to another resort instead. Seemed dicey not to share at booking. Ask questions before... booking here.read more
Absolutely amazing! Has everything. 55 and up. 3 pools, 2 hot tubs and 2 saunas just to start.
Super clean place! Didn’t realize how big this place is. Only down fall it is a 55 + place. When booking over the phone no one asked if we’re of age or had kids.. when we got there to check in is when we saw it was 55+ place. They still let us stay but the rules omg.. if we wanted to go to the pool we could only go between 11 and 3 and only go to... the small pool. Was kinda lameread more
Resort is nice. But it is somewhat remote. The closest grocery and other services are at least 5 miles away. Biggest drawback is the lack of decent TV and internet service. Both are available for a fee from a local provider, but from every account the service is disappointing at best. Voyager is relatively expensive. I expect more and will not be... returning.read more
I absolutely adore this place! Room was spotless. Was able to get a memory foam pad for mattress. Mattress was comfortable but due to medical issues, I must have mattress topper. All I had to do was ask. So many amenities!!
Campland on the Bay
First time here. Great location, we were 15/20 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. We stayed from Sunday to Sunday. It was really quiet until Thursday when the weekend crowd started rolling it. It was busy on the weekend, like a mini city full of people and golf carts. Quiet time was well respected while we were there. It was overall clean,... though the showers needed to be cleaned more often and better (which is why I took off a star). No one bothered our stuff. We had a distinguished site and I would recommend paying extra for it as they do cram you in. I did get pictures of the super site, H08, and according to one of its occupants it was a 2 year waitlist to get in. This was not our usual camping experience but it was perfect for what we needed this week. I would recommend.read more

My husband grew up coming to Campland as a kid and after my first visit this July 2022, we cannot wait to come back every summer with our kids!I loved that it really promotes kids just being kids and enjoying swimming, biking, activities, and the weekend live band dance parties. For us, the parents, we really loved meeting... new people at camp and on the beach, the Cantina cocktails, and overall the family environment. Everyone we met was so nice and inviting and you just don’t see that much anymore.AMENITIES: staff was friendly and helpful, bathrooms were clean and had hot water, campsites could use a little extra cob web control but nothing crazy, and the entertainment was great!read more
This was my my families first time visiting this place. We left with great memories. I have already booked my vacation spot for the following year. They have a tons of fun things for the kids, such as dodge ball, a giant water slide and some inflatable jumpers. The bar and food was great. They also had bands playing in the late afternoon. As a... bonus, this location is close to sea world, we got to see the firework show from a distance. I highly recommend it.read more
Extremely family friendly!! Literally so much fun for the whole family. We spent two days & the atmosphere is summer camp meets family trip. Would love to do it again for even longer. The bathrooms are pretty clean and love that showers are not timed. Fun games and activities to do through out the week and the beach is so clean. I do think it... needs a little updating but overall such a fun experience.read more
This place is very busy in summer and the kids love it. There are so many activities and things to do for everyone. They have a great little beach on the bay for swimming and water fun and all sorts of things you can rent like boats and paddle boards.They also have a bar and a place to buy meals if you don’t snag to cook. They have a live band on... stage too and they are pretty strict with the noise control after 10pmread more
Campland is a vacation of its own, you don't even need to leave to have a great time. Walking around felt like being in a summertime movie. Families bbqing, kids on bikes, the ocean in the background, the whole place has a great vibe. They have a nice beach that has boat, kayak, and bike rentals and a volleyball net. They have an arcade and ice... cream shop for the kids but a nice bar and restaurant for the adults. The pool was nice but very crowded. The bathrooms were very clean and the showers were probably my favorite part (clean, private, big). The property itself is huge so you can pick which parts you want to stay in. We tent camped by the playground. There were a lot of people walking through our campsite all day, even a kid tripping into our tent while we were sleeping. This place is definitely made for families with children. All night and day there are kids running around or riding bikes and screaming. They have quite hours starting at 11, don't expect calm before that. That being said I believe this place is meant for that, it's hard to be upset when you see all the kids having such a great time. Overall it is a FANTASTIC place for families wanting to just kick back at a good price and let there kids run wild but I wouldn't recommend if you want something private, calm, and relaxing.read more
Honestly, this is the best campground I've stayed at. The location is amazing the views are amazing the quiet time that's set up actually works and so it's very easy to sleep. The bathrooms and showers are mega clean and the pool was the perfect temperature. If you do plan on going here taking a bike is a good idea as the area around it has very... nice bike paths. They also host fun events like dodgeball and basketball every day which is extremely entertaining to watch or participate in!read more
If you have never been here before I recommend you change that! If you are going with your significant other or your kids, you won’t be disappointed. I have been going here for years when I was a kid but I finally took my kids and wife. They loved it! All the activities and things to do their you won’t get bored. We also rented from a company... called camp n style. That was also great to just show up and be ready to go! Highly recommend this campgrounds.read more
What can I say about this place it's all good it's a camping area but a high-end camping area . You have to go through security to get in they have a couple nice pools and a big jacuzzi it's right on the bay beautiful views.You can even watch the hydro races from there!!!!Nice laundry facility they even have a little video game area for the... kids.They have special events on the weekends car shows sometimes they show movies sometimes they have little concerts. Very nice entertaining place.You can party as much as you want up until 10:00 then they expect you to quiet down. Which just means be quiet you don't have to stop just be quiet 🙂read more
Our trailer space was shady, clean, affordable and had a nice grassy area behind it. The bathroom/showers were close and very clean all the time and even kept at a comfortable temperature. The staff was helpful and pleasant, the grounds were well kept and even though the park was relatively full, we did not feel crowded in our section. Nice... amenities. Great place for families with kids. Wonderful access to the bike/walk path that surrounds the bay and ocean.read more

You have your loud weekenders boozing it up with pit fires mire feet’s from your room.Amenities great. The park has a lot of amenities which makes it's great spot for the whole family. The staff seemed friendly and everything went smoothly. If you're planning a visit you should know that this park, at least during this visit, was loaded full of folks with kids and dogs and the general vibe matches the neighboring PB party vibe. That said, I'd... describe it as busy or perhaps vibrant. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, this is not that. Additionally I'd just point out that though the park appears to be in good repair, it shows it's age throughout. Considering everything, I would come back here and imagine that anybody in need of short term RV hookups would find plenty to like about this spot. For folks looking for a 5 star resort I imagine your opinion of the park will be influenced heavily by the number of kids, dogs, and beer you'll be bringing with you.read more
Pigeon Forge Jellystone Park
Great little campground in a beautiful area. Reasonable rates; has 2 pools, clean restroom/shower rooms, camp store/souvenir shop(they sell ice cream here too), and a snack bar with pizza&wings. I do wish the snack bar was open later, but i know they are currently short staffed. Our stay was peaceful and quiet, just what we needed.
This is not what I would expect when paying for a Jellystone Park. There were 2 small pools, which were never very clean. The spaces were very small and close together. There are trees, but they're only behind the RV's, not between.The bathrooms were constructed in a way that makes no sense. They are shower/bathroom combos, and each is private,... which is nice. But there was no drain other than in the shower. The shower curtains were too short, so water poured onto the floor. If you walk into the bathroom after someone has showered, hoping to just use the toilet, you have to be careful not to slip on the water. Also, the hooks for towels are nowhere near the actual shower, forcing you to walk across the wet floor to get your towel. And if the showers were all full there was no toilet available!There were 2 very small and unimpressive playgrounds, and one very dusty and dingy bounce pad that was far away from anything else. There were no activities, and really not much to do around the campground. If you're just looking for a place to stay while visiting all the insanely priced amusements around Pigeon Forge then this place will suffice. But if you're hoping for a campground that is fun and entertaining on its own, keep looking. The staff was kind, but the facilities left a LOT to be desired.read more
We stay at this Jellystone every year. Our 14 year old Autistic daughter love Yogi Bear. Every time we come to this campground, the staff is amazing. They treat us like family and go above and beyond to make sure we all have a great time. Rosie, Chris, Jackie and Jen make that place awesome. They have many great activities for the kids, the... pools, bouncing pillow, and the playgrounds are fantastic to keep the kids entertained. We are already planning our next trip for August and Labor day. Thank you again Rosie, Chris, Jackie and Jen for all your hard work and your amazing customer service.read more
Booking for this location was easy. All was going good until we got to the location. The staff were friendly and we checked in. The issue was that we didn’t get our cabin and keys until an hour or so later. I thought we were supposed to get our things once we got there? Other then that everything was fine.
As many have said, very tight spaces and site numbers are not well marked. I feel like I'm in a sardine can. Only a couple bathrooms. One morning while I was taking a shower, someone was able to open the door of the bathroom even though I'd locked it. The handle wasn't on tight. Staff is nice and a few cute things to do while on property.... Not so sure I'd return.read more
Just getting ready to head out from a wonderful 5 night 6 day adventure in Pigeon Forge TN. Jellystone's stay was great. A couple little things with the bathrooms, but not enough to be worried about. Pleasant staff worked everyday to see our needs were met. Beautiful area with trees to block the sun, and swimming pills to cool off.Would... definitely come again with my wife and friends as well as bring my Grandson. Thanks again to the staff for making sure our stay was comfortable.read more
We stayed in one of the tents and we had a great time. We only stayed a couple of nights but my kids loved it and there was a big enough area next to our tent for our kids to run around in and we enjoyed having the golf cart. Only complaint would be the bathrooms, they were nice and clean our first night but our second night they were dirty and... out of toilet paper but like everywhere else they are short staffed. The staff was very friendly though and I definitely hope to be back some day.read more
Sites are extremely small with no grass. Nothing to do. The biggest attraction at the campground was the pond with the smallest fish. Pools were VERY small. Site did have concrete pads but since Campground was on a slope, the concrete pad were were about 5-6 inches off level. I will not return. Too many better places in the area to camp.
Nice campground, parking spots are small. Not big rig friendly. We're 38 ft and were fine no toad. Bathrooms were clean and staff were friendly. Kids loved the fishing at the lake. Pools were not open yet due to it being Easter weekend. Nice location close to Dollywood and many activities.
If I could give more stars, I would. we had THE BEST time at this sweet campsite/park! the people are amazing and truly go above and beyond. We rented one of the RVs which was very very nice! We were only able to stay a few nights, but we left truly feeling like the staff and our neighbor campers were family! We also rented a golf cart and loved... that it was a 24 hour rental!Loved that Yogi was around so much and there was so many activities! Both planned by the office and just in general! The boys went fishing a few times and jumped on the jump pad. We were there for our sons birthday and he said it was the best trip ever… even better than Disney World! ❤️Can't wait to come back soon!! Thank y'all so so much!! -the Davis 3read more
